Spoken English:Does "I got hacked" mean "I was hacked by someone"?

1.Is the expression "I got hacked" the colloquial English of "I was hacked by someone"?
2.If so, is it okay to use expression like "I get happy(I'm happy)", "I got happy(I was happy)"?
3.And I saw some expressions like become,get+adjective.
Does the "I get happy" mean the same as "I become happy"?
