Somebody charges against someone, and this one "spins lightly out of the way"

What does "spins lightly out of the way" mean?

He turns out of the way lightly, makes room to let to pass as if dodging him?

Your interpretation is correct. He turns out of the way, in an agile manner, allowing his assailant to charge past him.

Thank You for your assistance, but this "lightly" is it for the minimum movement to give room because of the short time to do the maneuver?
 
The person is moving lightly - ie he is not stamping his feet down, but moving like a dancer.
