I would use "specializing" there because it focuses on the ongoing nature of the business.

He was asking if "located in Korea" applied to the firm or to the films. From the structure of the sentence, it was a legitimate question.
 
I think "specializing in Korean tapes and films" would be less confusing. I can see how "films located in Korea" might be descriptive, but "tapes located in Korea"?
