There is no difference in meaning between specialized and specializing, but I would use specializing with the present tense and specialized with the past tense.

-We were a company specialized in supplying...
-We are a company specializing in supplying...

We are a company specialized in supplying...
This means you already have expertise in supplying something.

We are a company specializing in supplying...
You are still picking up the expertise in that supply trade.

In short, the first one means you are a skilled supplier, whereas the second one shows you are gradually gaining expertise in that field. If you are already an expert, use the first one.

Can I suggest
"We are a company that specializes in..."?
or
"We are specialists in..."
or
"We specialize in..."
