I wonder if "speaking fluent English doesn't ensure you finding a good job" is natural.

The context is that many people can speak fluent English in China but this doesn't mean that they can find a good job because there are other requirements like overseas experience (traveling, studying abroad), qualifications, etc.

How would native speakers of English express the idea?
 
Being able to speak fluent English does not guarantee you a good job.
 
Speaking English fluently doesn't guarantee you a good job.
Speaking fluent English doesn't ensure that you'll get a good job.

(I'd use one of those or a mixture of the two.)
