speaking english

i'm not a native speaker and i'm learning english at university but i have big problems with speaking and listening skills. i tried quite many tips on the internet but they're not working. so anyone having experience to deal with speaking and listening skills please gives me some. :idea:

I am very surprised that your university has not taught you that you must capitalise the word "I" every time you write it and to start every sentence with a capital letter.
