Hello.

When a woman is speaking in a seductive tone, can I say she was speaking in a "lusty accent"?

Is this natural?

"Hello handsome," she said with a lusty accent.

One accent isn't more lusty or lustful than another. A Japanese accent might be more or less lusty than an Armenian accent.

Any accent can be lusty (or lustful). It's not what you say, it's how you say it.

How about sexy/sensual tone?

My first reaction to the thread was that the OP was confusing "lusty" with "husky".

In Anglo-American culture a husky voice in a woman is often considered sexy.

I'd use "she said, lustfully", "she said, sexily" or "she said, in a sultry voice".
