Then given the explanation, in rapid casual speech, will 'triumphant crowd' be pronounced as [traɪʌmfənk kraʊd]?

No. Do NOT drop the T when the next sound is a K sound. Pronounce the T.

In most English-speaking places, it's beyond "casual." It's sloppy and will make you sound like you're badly educated or drunk.

It's fine to hit the T lightly and quickly. But hit it!

Some will pronounce it that way, but not all. If they do, the words will run together, and not be pronounced as two separate words.
