I'm give an answer in the oral exam and want to know if it's acceptable, is it OK ask a question "Does it count?" or "Does it count for an answer?"?

Hello ostap77,

"Does it count?" is a common question (meaning is "Is the thing we are talking about valid in this context").

For example, when playing a game, you might say:
"I started my go before the time ran out, but completed it afterwards. Does it count?"

"Does it count for an answer" is also valid I believe, although I would be inclined to use 'as' - "Does it count as an answer". 'For' is possibly more likely to be used in AmE.
