"Some things can't be said too many times." Examples:
Saying "I love you" to one's spouse or child;
Saying "please" and "thank you" when asking for or receiving something;
When reciting the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!";

There are many other similar situations where repetition is appropriate. For example:
"Don't drink and drive!";
"Cover your mouth when you cough!"

I couldn't understand if they meant that it had been said too many times and therefore no need for repetition, or they meant that it had to be repeated and repeating it is never enough!!
