Thanks for providing the context, Agnes.This was mentioned in[STRIKE] a[/STRIKE] an article about bullying and the devastating effects it has on the child later in the future. I couldn't understand if they meant that it had been said too many times and therefore no need for repetition, or they meant that it had to be repeated and repeating it is never enough!! Thanks.:-D
