"She has been learning English since the age of eight."
The above sentence is out of context, from an exercise. Is there any chance that "at" or "from" can be used instead of "since" in the above sentence?
 
'From' works for me, but 'at' does not.

If you want to use 'at', you need to change your verb a little bit. You could say "She started learning English at the age of eight."
