Which are correct?

1) You mustn't go out, in order to do your homework.
2) You mustn't go out, to do your homework.

3) You shouldn't go out, in order to do your homework.
4) You shouldn't go out, to do your homework.

I think the comma is necessary.
 
If you mean ‘You should/must stay in to do your homework’, your sentences are so unnatural as to be not worth discussing.
 
Try:

You can't go out. You need to finish your homework.
