Should we capitalize "my king?"

Hello,
If someone is writing a novel about a king, and a minister is talking to the king, should it be "Hello, my king/My King/ my King?"


Thank you.
 
Within the British monarchy, I believe the correct term of address is "Your Majesty". I don't think "Hello" would be deemed polite enough!
