I need some help with this essay. It should be between 300-350 words. So, if someone can help me to extend it, I will be very thankful! Also, I need help with the grammar. Thank you in advance! :)

Many of the modern students in Bulgaria do not support the idea for school uniforms. However, this tradition should be renewed for three main reasons.

First of all, equality between the students in Bulgarian schools can be achieved thanks to the school uniforms. If uniforms are a part from the school life, then the social status differences will not be so obvious. For example, designer label clothes, worn by wealthier students, will not provoke pressure between them and the poor students. In this way, schoolboys and schoolgirls, no matter of their origin and social status, will feel that they are equal to each other.

Secondly, school uniforms maintain the spirit of the educational institution. Uniforms may seem just like a piece of clothing but their symbolic meaning is much deeper. Traditions, successes, achievements and memories related to a particular school are bounded to its uniform. This clothing inspires students and makes them feel proud of their school. That is why they are very important and should be reestablished in Bulgarian schools.

The third reason why uniforms should be reintroduced in Bulgaria is that they can help in saving one’s life. Usually, every school has a unique uniform. For that reason, when a child is kidnapped or lost, after or during school time, it can be easily recognised by its school uniform. In such cases, school uniforms can be extremely useful and for this reason students should be required to wear them.

In conclusion, I stongly believe that school uniforms should be reintroduced in Bulgaria because they remove the inequalities that exist between students. What is more, uniforms maintain the school spirit and inspire students to achieve successes because they belong to a particular community. And most importantly, school uniforms can provide children safety and protection.

My suggestions for the first paragraph.

Finished!

Is being kidnapped in one's school uniform (or in any other clothing, for that matter) a common occurrence in Bulgaria?

That one does seem to be a bit of a stretch, but he was trying to increase the word count. It does help with that.

No, it is not. It is just an example for the usefulness of any kind of uniforms, including school uniforms. They are distinctive and can be used in such unpleasant situations.

Surely any kidnapper who has thought it through properly would insist that the victim change their clothes so they're no longer wearing an identifiable school uniform!
