I want to describe someone sitting like THIS.

Here is what I've got so far. Is it natural?

She was sitting with her elbow on the chair arm, supporting her head with her hand.

OK for me.

She was sitting with her elbow on the arm of the chair.

We don't usually use the possessive apostrophe "s" with inanimate objects.

That part of the chair is also called the armrest.

So, do I say the armrest of the chair or just the armrest?
