Guy 1: When did she tell you? (that she wanted a divorce)
Guy 2: About a week ago. She said she hasn't felt / hadn't felt / hasn't been feeling / hadn't been feeling happy for a long time.

Would all four underscored options be natural in this context? Which one would you find more natural?
