Say, I seek help from a female colleague, and she is not enthusiastic/passionate/interested in responding to my request and does not seem to want to offer help.

To describe her attitude, is it natural to say:

"she responded to my request indifferently/ insincerely/ apathetically"

1) Are all these adverbs appropriate?
2) If you think the whole expression is not good, any better sentence?

"indifferently" is good. She wasn't necessarily insincere. She was perhaps apathetic.
The basic sentence is good. I'd use "indifferently", or "without enthusiasm".
