1. Do you ever use the present continuous with "look good", "look tired", etc.? I've heard "She looks tired". Is possible to say "She's looking tired"?
2. Since I can't remember I've heard something like "she's looking tired"(maybe that's because I don't hear enough English), I'm asking the following question. Should it be used only the present perfect continuous form in the following sentence: She's been looking tired recently.

Yes, we do use the continuous like that. No, it doesn't have to be used only in the present perfect.

She's looking tired today.
He's looking sad this morning.
He was looking terrible yesterday!
They had been looking tired for weeks but now they were looking much better.

In all those examples, the non-continuous is also possible.
