Hello! I'd like to know whether "his offer but not mine" is the compound direct object, or there are two direct objects in the sentence.
 
I'm not a grammar expert so I can't give you a very authoritative answer but I'd say there are two direct objects forming one compound.

Hmm, that's a good question. Given that it's an abbreviated form of "She accepted his opinion but she did not accept mine/my opinion", I would say there are two subjects. However, that's not an authoritative response either.
 
some learners are obliged to be able to answer it. I can't give an answer that is guaranteed to satisfy your teacher/examiner/personal interest or even me.

I'm certainly not obliged to answer it. It's just my personal interest.
