Hi.I always set the time for each part in advance, but I always face lack of time while teaching because most of the time my students need more explanation and I cant ignore it.That is why I am always short of time .What should I do?

Dude! Although teachers must be worried about lack of time and I know most of them are under pressure from the schools to finish the course on time, I think it's not something serious. I'm always experiencing this problem but I would rather let students speak as much as they need in the class (of course in English and in a guided way). We all know students won't learn much through writing.
If you don't have enough time to cover all the material (especially doing the exercises in the class), you can assign the students to do some parts at home.
I think you are a little too fussy. Students have to have some selfstudy and discover some things themselves.

Thanks for help.

If this always happens, then allow more time for each part in your plan.

A plan doesn't have to be followed to the letter- flexibility is a good thing if it leads to better learning.

If this happens all the time, then I agree with Fivejedjon.
