Hi,

His close friend is disabled. He serves his/him meals and feed him.

Which one is correct to use: his or him meals?
 
Both are possible (with feeds), as is He serves him his meals and feeds him.
 
You can use either one or both, as long as the reader/listener knows that there are two male people involved!

He serves him meals ...
He serves his meals ...
He serves him his meals ...
