[Grammar] Scream "at" or "on" me - how to say right?

I work at daycare. At the end of the day I told a parent about her child,"She was angry with me then she screamed at me". Is it right to say this way?
 
I told a parent about her child,: "She was angry with me, and then she screamed at me".
You are right: we scream at people, not on them.
