I still confused in the structure of this sentence

If we want to say.. the song was sang/Verb 1 or sung/verb III by ......
it was threw or thrown by her

Please explain the correct structure of it
 
the song was sung by ...
It was thrown by her.

The passive voice is used in the two sentences. The passive voice is made up of "Be+Done+(by...)", namely the link verb "be" plus the past participle of a transitive verb.
