Please check the following paragraph.

The PE class in school is interesting. During the class, we can play balls, run, and race with the other class. And our PE teacher is nice. She usually gives us a great benefit. We can get relaxed and take away our pressure in PE class, so we like it very much. Especially, I like to play basketball and volleyball. They are very amusing. Also, we like to run a race with the other class and won the game. Particularly, the basketball game makes us excited. So, the PE class is our favorite class.

Suggestions, and I don't understand what you mean by your use of "benefit".

The word "benefit" here means, "She usually doesn't compel us to do laborious movement. She always wears a smile and sometimes gives us some rewards if we do a good job in exercise. Therefore, we feel carefree during the class." However, what word is proper to the situation?

One possibility: She is not too demanding.
