Rude with or to

Hello.

Can I use 'with' in such examples?

''He was rude with me''.

''She was mean with me.''
 
I think "to" should be used in both sentences.
 
Yes, but "to" would work too.:)

Apparently, you want to do that, but I don't know why. I would expect:

He was mean to me.

Or:

She was rude to me.
 
I would expect "to" to be used after such adjectives as friendly, unfriendly, kind, unkind, sympathetic, hostile, generous, cruel etc.
 
I was wondering if 'with' is also possible.
 
I don't like it.:-(
 
"He was rude with me" sounds (to me) as if he and I were rude at the same time.
