'Round the Clock' or 'Around the Clock'

Hello,

Which is correct? It's for a title. Would you have '-' both sides of 'the'? Should 'the' have a capital 't'?

There is no difference between "round the clock" and "around the clock".

We usually do not capitalize "the" in titles unless it is the first word.
 
Or "Should I hyphenate 'round-the-clock'?"
