I do not mind attending the party.(attended)
 
nado, that's not a question. That's an order. That's a demand.

A question would be "Would you help me rewrite this sentence, please?"

However, even if you'd asked that question (instead of giving us this order), we would say "You need to try to do this yourself first."

nado, three things:

1. It doesn't matter how your assignment book puts it. When you ask us for help, you ASK us.
2. You still need to try to do this yourself first.
3. I can't think of a natural way to rewrite the question using the word "attended'!
 
Could it be:

I do not mind having attended the party. - meaning the party is over, I have attended it.

not a teacher
