[General] responding to someone's regards

If someone says: 'My mother says hello'
are the following responses both correct? 'Say hi back to her'
'Tell her I said hi back'

Another possibility,"Tell her 'thank you' and say 'hello' to her for me".

I think I'll stick to the first two since they're both acceptable (..and a lot shorter ;-) )
