Dear Friends,
I am new to this forum. I want to give a letter to a builder for full recovery of payment of apartment which i booked around 4 year ago but due to some financial issue i was unable to pay monthly installment now builder have cancel my apartment and want to cut 10% amount from paid amount. so i want to give him a letter for requesting about full payment recovery which i have paid to him. please help me in this regard i will be very thankful to you
