Is the word "unused" used correctly in the command "Remove unused keywords"?

Context:

I mean those keywords that were defined in the past but never used. I'm talking about a note-taking application.

A. Remove the unused keyword.
B. Remove unused keyword.

I think the first version (A) means that we already know what the keywords are. Right? Is the use of the article "the" still valid if the user checks a log file on the computer and sees for himself or herself what the removed keywords were? even if they are not apparent right at looking just at the message "Remove the unused keyword."?

Does the possibility for multiple unused keywords exist?

If so, then I'd say something like "Remove any unused keywords."

Yes, there were multiple keywords removed from the list.

Yes, there were multiple keywords that could be removed from the list.
Or "There are multiple keywords that can be removed from the list".
