Which sentence is grammatically correct?
1)The teacher divided the papers among themselves.
2)Please close the door after yourself.
3)He placed his cat next to himself on the couch.
4)Jack is thinking of bringing some work with himself.

Please, can somebody explain to me which one is right and why the others are wrong?

They're all incorrect. Now we need you to work out why. Are you studying reflexive pronouns? What have you learnt?
