DEAR SIR,
As you aware of O&m contract to M/S PHOTON INTEGRATOR is going to be ended in dec-14.
So, if the management decide to make renewal of their contract to them or some other firm.
M/s photon integrator are asking for renewal of contract for smooth functioning .it would be better for both.

Dear Sir,

As you are aware, the OEM contract with M/S Photon Integrator will end in December 2014. Therefore, management (we) should decide whether or not to renew their contract, or go with another firm. M/S Photon Integrator is asking for a seamless and expeditious renewal of their contract in order to continue functioning smoothly. They believe this would benefit both parties.
