Can one used the adjective 'quick' with the noun leg? It's a pangram.
"Bad frowzy vamps jinx the quick leg." I have written another pangram because this one contains , in my opinion, only legitimate words.

I'm not sure what a quick leg is, but a pangram doesn't have to make much sense.

Like so many pangrams, including your earlier attempts, this one of yours requires some tortured explanation for it to makes sense. The ones I have listed below contain more letters but are, in my opinion, more satisfactory because they do make sense:

The five boxing wizards jump quickly.

Pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs.

A quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

I hope this one makes sense. " Bad frowzy vamps jinx the quick gal."

'vamps' means women. 'quick' means intelligent. 'gal' means girl.
'Jinx' here means to cast a spell on.
