Dear teachers,

I was watching news on TV with English subtitles.
I think that there are some grammatical mistakes in the subtitles, so
I posted them here.
Which of the following sentences from groups 1 and 2
are the most appropriate, teachers?

1. A
Does anyone know what are the format and form of content of these examination?
1. B
Does anyone know what the format and form of content of these examination are?
1. C
Does anyone know what the format and the form of content of these examination are?

2. A
You are under arrested.
2. B
You are under arrest.

1 B and 1 C are correct, as is 2 B.
