Hello, I'm a young researcher from Russia)I make a research about British school slang in last and this century in Cherepovets State University. Please, write what words you used when you were at school. It's just about five minutes, but you will take part in a real research that is going to be publushed this year. Hope, you are interested)1. A teacher2. A crib3. A textbook4. A school5. A lesson6. Homework7. A school bag8. Space time9. A school canteen10. A school bathroom11. A friend12. A date/ to date13. A work/ to work14. A father15. A mother16. A problem/ to have a problem17. To eat/ food18. To sleep/a sleep19. To communicate20. A computer

But how do you know when the person was at school- if you don't distinguish this, then an answer from someone who studied in the 1990s will be the same as that of someone who studied in the 1950s, but the slang would be different.
 
What makes you think that there are/were slang terms for all those words?
 
Native English speaker here. I have no "slang" or alternate words used for any of these, except perhaps "mother" ("mom or mama") and father ("dad" or "daddy").
