Please check out the following sentence. Which is acceptable or better?

(1) Pursue what you're passionate about.

(2) Pursuit what you're passionate about.
 
Please check out the following sentence. Which is acceptable or better?

(1) Pursue what you're passionate about.

(2) Pursuit what you're passionate about.
"Pursue" is a verb, while "pursuit" is a noun. Now can you decide which one is the correct one to use?
