Stn. means Station / Int'l means International
What is the puntuation in Int'l? Is it an apostrophe like in Tom's book? And is the the apostrophe used for omission? What do you native English speakers think?

It's news to me that "Stn." means "Station". (That sentence needs a period (full stop).) I have seen "international" abbreviated that way. As for the punctuation, you used an apostrophe, didn't you? (That sentence also needs a period (full stop).)

In "Tom's book" the apostrophe is used to indicate possession, not missing letters.

The apostrophe does double duty. It's used to indicate possession and also to indicate missing letters.
