[Resume] Proper Grammar for a Well Known File within Our Company

Hi all,

I've been tweaking my resume and I came to a real head scratching situation. We have an Excel file at my work that I maintain called the "Fleet Security Portfolio". I have always had a bullet describing it my resume, which looks like this:

· Distribute the Fleet Security Portfolio to stakeholders ranging from project managers to the senior leadership team

I never really thought of it until today, but am I correct in capitalizing Fleet Security Portfolio? I originally assumed so since it seems like a proper noun. However, is this the correct course of action? For some reason I was debating if quotations were appropriate in this situation. I would greatly appreciate any advice!
 
- Maintain and distribute the Fleet Security portfolio file to stakeholders including project managers and senior leaders.
