Hello everyone!I noticed that some speakers pronounce the word into as /in 'ə/ when it is in a sentence. For example: someone's broken into my house. Basically, the final word of inTO is pronounced really weak. Have you ever noticed of this before?

NOT A TEACHER

I have never encountered this.

Yes, English usually generalises the pronunciation of all unstressed minor vowels to /ə/; although I don't agree with you that the /t/ disappears entirely in any dialect, in this word.
