How do I pronounce Ce? Are there any rules?

For example, I know how Ce in Cereals is pronounced like. How do I pronounce names such as Cevas, Ceva?
I want to start a company and I want to make sure that a name starting with Ce is going to be easy to pronounce, like Celi.

"Cevas", "Ceva" and "Celi" are not words in English, so there wouldn't be a set way of pronouncing them.

While a "c" followed by an "e" is usually pronounced as an "s", that's not always the case.
