What makes you think it is incorrect? How do you suggest it be reworded?

We should profit our business/ourselves from our experience(s) (Money is considered the profit).
We should benefit ourselves from our experience(s) (any useful outcome or advantage is considered the benefit).

We profit from experience, not by it.

I wouldn't use these. I would just use profit/benefit from experience.

As they say, it's a free dictionary. You get what you pay for!

I'm not violently opposed to by. But at least here in the US, from is much more common.
