[Vocabulary] Problem in expressing thoughts in English

Sir/Madam,
I am below avg in English language as well as in vocabulary.I am from India would you pls suggest any good books or ways to improve my English vocabulary as well as lang.

Probably start by reading basic childrens' books with pictures. It will take time to be able to read a newspaper or magazine but that should be your goal. There are a lot of good websites with basic English texts to learn to read from.
