A peace agreement now seems a probability rather than a possibility.

Probability
and Possibility, which one is more likely? And what about improbability and impossiblity, which one is more unlikely? Thanks!

Something that is probable is more likely than something that is possible. 'Possible' means 'has a greater than 0 chance of occurring'. 'Probable' generally means something like "has a greater than 50% chance of occurring".
Impossible = 0 chance; improbable = less than 50%.
