Please check out the following sentences.

(1) To save face and make the show go on smoothly, I pretended as if nothing had happened.
(2) Finally, the drama was completely and successfully presented.
(3) The audience gave us a round of applause
 
Please check out the following sentences.

(1) To save face and make the show go on smoothly, I pretended [STRIKE]as if[/STRIKE]that nothing had happened.
(2) Finally, the drama was [STRIKE]completely and[/STRIKE] successfully presented. Completely is redundant. If it was presented successfully, we can assume it was presented in its entirety.
(3) The audience gave us a round of applause

While technically correct, the way you use drama reads unnatural to me. We'd say play.

Drama
is used more often to refer to the study of theater or to the literary form than to the plays themselves. There's also a specific type of plays called drama.

I pretended that nothing happened.
I acted as if nothing happened.
