[Grammar] Power outage

The Back-UPS in our office is completely out of order and it is no longer support.
We are experiencing frequent power outage in our office especially during the summer season. Since there is overload circuit, the current service line is not able to hold the increasing power threshold, so the main isolator is tripping off frequently. Therefore, please arrange for a proper replace immediately; otherwise, it will impact on our servers, computers and other electronic related devices in the office.


Please advise me on whether the sentences above are grammatically worded.
