Correct my translation into English, please.

Alexander Povetkin will enter the ring in July-August.
Russian boxer Alexander Povetkin will enter the ring in July or August of this year in Great Britain according to Vadim Kornilov, the head of company "mir boksa" (The world of box).
"If we don't find a variant till August, Alexander will fight in August" - said Kornilov.
They reported earlier Povetkin would enter the ring on the 12th of July in Saudi Arabia, but his team dismissed this offer.
Povetkin had his last fight on the 22nd of September of 2018 vs Anthony Joshua when he lost by knock out at 7th round.
Povetkin has 36 fights in all, 34 of which Povetkin has won, 24 of which by knock out.

You don't need the first sentence. It's boxing, not box. What's a variant?

Any variant. I have understood they don't have the certainty.

What do you mean by "dismissed this offer"?

What do you mean by "dismissed this offer"?

To deny.
One has an opportunity, but refuse it.
Povetkin was offered to fight in Saudi Arabia, but he didn't fight.
What is the suitable word?

Say:

He refused the offer

Or:

He declined the offer

Or:

He turned them down

Say:

They reported earlier that Povetkin would ...

And;

Povetkin had his last fight on the 22nd of September of 2018 vs. Anthony Joshua when he lost by a knockout in the 7th round.

And:

Povetkin has had 36 fights in all, 34 of which he won, 24 by knockouts.

I still don't know what you mean by variant there.
:-?

If we don't find a variant till August, ...

Is "if we don't find an opponent (a boxer who is ready for venue) for fighting till August, .. correct?

The word opponent makes sense to me there, but variant doesn't.

I still don't know what you mean by variant there.
:-?

I meant variant was not only an opponent, was an opponent, a place of venue, battle organization.
An opportunity.
An option.
Don't know! I have broken my head to try translate it. :-D

The words opponent, venue, opportunity, and option are all suitable here. However, variant and battle organization (whatever that is) are not.

Note that a venue is a place. (Specifically, it's a place used for a particular purpose.)
