What is the meaning of "pours her curves" into a <dress> mean? Celebrity news headlines seem to use this phrase. Can this be used in casual conversations as a compliment or is it an offending remark?

She has a nice figure but she wears very tight clothing that show her figure very clearly. I would not say it sounds like natural conversation.

If a person would appreciate being told that she likes to draw attention to herself and to come across as very sensuous, it be a compliment.
