'mine' is used in pace of 'my house'.
Quick, short and explicit. Thank you! I had same guess and happy that I guessed rightly.
 
This site says: "We use possessive pronouns in place of a noun" https://dictionary.cambridge.org/gr...ossessive-my-mine-your-yours-etc?q=your+yours

This sentence interests me: The house is mine.
Where In that sentence, "mine" is a possessive pronoun, right?
But However, the noun "house" is still presents present and has not been replaced by the "mine". Than The rule mentioned above is not working being followed, or what is it?

I get the first two, but I'm not sure what you mean by the third one. Also, try:

I had an idea, and I'm glad I was right.
