How We can keep Our Body Healthy
It is very good to be healthy.
Everyone should know how to stay healthy and avoid health problems.
We can keep our body healthy by eating nutritious food containing all nutrients, water and mineral and staying away from junk food.
Playing sports and doing regular exercises help in keeping body strong.
They also refresh our mind.
Good amount of sleep is also one the most important things to stay healthy.
An infant needs about 16 hours sleep in a day whereas the sleep of 7 to 8 hours is sufficient for an adult.
Personal hygiene is equally important.
We should brush our teeth twice a day.
we should take a bath everyday.
we should wash our hands before eating anything.
Keeping our surrounding clean , we can stop the growth of bacteria and other germs.
There should be a proper drainage system.
Health is very important for all of us. It is easy to destroy it but hard to rebuild it. So we should do our best to keep our body healthy and free from diseases.
