More than one party and it is plural. Parties or Parties' or partys'??

More than one party and it is plural. Parties or Parties' or partys'??

One party - and it's needs: party's needs

Two parties - and the needs of them both: parties' needs

The apostrophe indicates 'ownership' ... the needs are 'owned' by the party. But, if the word already ends with an 's', then you only add an apostrophe.
